HI, I’M AKANKSHA

My journey into healthcare and wellness started after I was diagnosed with a gut condition deemed "incurable" by conventional medicine.

10 years later - I've healed myself, learnt from the best sources around the world (Harvard University, University of Wageningen, IFM, Kerala Ayurveda) and worked with 100s of clients to help resolve their lifestyle issues around gut, hormones, diabetes, cholesterol, and weight.

In my own health crises, I found a genuine, food-first approach that I now share with you. I've had the opportunity to reverse some of the toughest health issues for both everyday individuals and celebrities from the South Indian film industry.
